Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is typically between 2–3 weeks from the date of payment.

Rush Service

Turnaround from payment to the date we ship or deliver.  Rush:

• 5 - 6 business days – 15% of total invoice

• 3 - 4 business days – 25% of total invoice

• 2 business days – 50% of total invoice

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver for free within 20 miles of Charlottesville, VA.  All other orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground.  Turnaround does not include shipping time, so make sure you factor this into your timeline.

Payment

Due to the upfront investment of materials, time, and labor that is required for screen printing projects, we almost always require payment in full before turnaround time can begin.

Quotes/Pricing

Prices are always subject to change without notice and sometimes for reasons out of our control, so we provide pricing on a case by case basis.  Quotes we provide are valid for 30 calendar days without being subject to change.
