Come As You Are Cville is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization geared towards serving the homeless and less fortunate by incorporating them into group activities, supporting them with prayers, fellowshipping with a meal, and providing disaster relief. Its core principle is to ensure, to the best of its ability, that no one winds up overlooked and in need of help.
Come As You Are Cville is 100% community funded. Donations from the community provide:
a Region-wide educational program, jointly working with selected partners to educate the community about available resources to overcome homelessness.
awareness to help overcome homelessness through all life stages with education about the importance of mental health stability.
support from CAYA Mental Health Advisors and co-operation and collaboration with healthcare professionals, and Church leaders to support and treat patients with mental health disorders.
advocacy and lobbying of governments for support to help increase awareness of homelessness and mental health instability to help improve member outcomes.
organizing various community events and activities to bridge the gap between the homeless/less fortunate population and society.
Come As You Are Cville’s fundraiser will open on Friday, February 19th and close at 11:59pm on Friday, February 26th. During the checkout process you will have the option to have the item(s) shipped directly to you or select free local pick up in Charlottesville, VA. If you prefer to have the item(s) shipped directly to you anywhere in the US, you will select and pay for USPS shipping. The free local pick up location in Charlottesville is Tried & True Supply, 2125 Ivy Rd, Suite G2, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
Items will be shipped to you or be ready for pickup in Charlottesville approximately 10 days after the close of the fundraiser campaign. You will receive an email when the order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
